Are your bags structured or unstructured?
Over the past 2 years, we've worked hard to perfect the balance between soft buttery leather with a little bit of structure for longevity and support. Starting in Spring 2024, our pouches are all unstructured, giving them that buttery soft, boho chic, forms to your body kind of feel. Depending on the color, we use a mix of pebbled leather and vegetable-tanned mid weight leather that is all supported appropriately to last forever and break in beautifully.
Will the chapstick holster fit my lipstick?
Yes! The chapstick holster has been redesigned to fit all size, shape & length lip sticks, lip glosses, chapsticks, etc. The dimensions are: 1.25"x 3.5."
What fits in The Biggie Bee?
The Biggie Bee is our mid-sized convertible pouch measuring 12" x 6.5" x 3.15." It is big enough to fit your Travel Wallet or Daily Wallet iPhones of all sizes, glasses (one pair), chapstick + lipstick, hand cream/sanitizer, snacks, and other medium-sized essentials keys.
What size straps should I get?
We recommend keeping it simple and choosing your strap length based on what size tops you wear. If you wear anything over a medium, we recommend sizing up to the Extended Straps to make sure it's comfy!

Can I wear this crossbody on either shoulder?
Yes! We've designed our bags to be completely reversible. With the shiny, flat side of the snap strap facing forwards, you can wear your crossbody over your left shoulder and the phone pocket will be in the back.
If you wear your crossbody over your right shoulder, the phone pocket will be in the front. You can choose whichever way you'd like to wear it and the zipper will still be easily accessible. We put our super cute logo on both sides of the bag, so you can wear it any way that is comfy!
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love your Lyons Leather Co. goods. If the product doesn't work for you or you need a different color, you can exchange or return your order, as long as the item is unused and in re-sellable condition.
If you opt-into the Re-Do Return & Insurance Coverage upon checkout, your return will be free. If you opt-out, you will be charged for the return shipping fee, which varies by region. Exchanges are free.
In order to begin your return or exchange, please note the following:
- Your items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or marks on the product), and in their original canvas bag packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds that do not meet these criteria.
