Changed your mind? Need a different color or size? No problem. At Lyons Leather Co., we offer free returns and exchanges on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery—so long as they’re in unused and unworn condition, with packaging intact.
This policy applies only to items purchased directly from lyonsleatherco.com. If you bought your item from a different retailer, please contact them directly to process your return according to their policies.
How do I return or exchange my order?
To begin a return or exchange, simply visit our return portal and follow the step-by-step instructions. After submitting your request, use the provided return label to ship your item back to us.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy. If approved, we’ll either process your refund back to your original form of payment or ship your requested exchange—whichever applies.
Please allow up to 3 business days from the date your return is received for us to complete the inspection and processing. Additional time may be required for shipping exchanged items. Processing times may vary depending on volume and season.
Lyons Leather Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items during transit.

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all products purchased directly through lyonsleatherco.com. Items bought through third-party retailers or resellers must be returned to the original place of purchase and are not eligible for return or exchange through Lyons Leather Co.
Returns and exchanges are 100% free for eligible items that are:

To maintain the quality of our leather goods, please try on bags, accessories, indoors and on clean surfaces to prevent damage. Items must be free of marks, creases, or scuffs.

Please note that some items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:

Lyons Leather Co. reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the product does not meet our stated conditions, or if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to confirm it meets the conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. After this quality check, we will notify you when your refund has been processed or your exchange is on its way.
