Return Policy
How do I return or exchange my order?
To start, visit our return portal and follow the instructions, then ship your item back using the provided label. Once received, we’ll inspect it and either refund your original payment method or send your exchange.
Exchanges are always free. Returns are free when you add Re-do Package & Shipping Protection at checkout; otherwise return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery—unused, unworn, and with original tags and packaging.
This policy applies only to items purchased directly from lyonsleatherco.com. Items bought elsewhere must be returned through that retailer.
What is your return policy?
Items are eligible for return or exchange when they are unused, unworn, returned with all original tags and packaging, and initiated within 30 days of delivery. Please try on bags and accessories indoors on clean surfaces; returned items must be free of marks, creases, and scuffs.
The following are not eligible:
- Final Sale items — sold as-is; no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- Gift cards — all sales final.
- Shipping fees — nonrefundable unless your item arrived incorrect or damaged.
- Worn or used items — must be returned in original, unused condition.
Please allow up to three business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing; exchanges may need extra shipping time. We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet these conditions or that involve suspected fraud or abuse, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
