How to Properly Pack Your Pouch

Using our internal pocket system properly will help you minimize bulk and maximize space. All three sizes have the same pocket system. Seen here is Espresso Bee (small).

  • Ditch your glasses/sunglasses case and place them safely the panel pockets with snap.
  • Use the small zipper pocket for change or small valuables.
  • Place your Daily Wallet in the small pocket with leather tag.
  • If need a larger wallet, choose the Travel Wallet and place it in the center compartment.
  • Using our Keychain, hook your keys to the o-ring of your pouch (tuck them inside or leave them out for easy access).
  • Use travel-sized everything and evaluate what you truly need to carry!

Product Care Tips

I ordered the waterproofing service, was it added?

Yes! If you ordered our professional waterproofing service, it was already applied to your pouch! Congrats :)

Will the leather soften up over time?

Yes! Our premium, full-grain leather will loosen and soften over time, with use. Most of our leather will also develop a gorgeous patina over time, darkening and gaining so much personality. Our pebbled leather collection won't develop a patina, but does get even more buttery over time.

I didn't add your waterproofing service, how I can protect my pouch?

No problem! We recommend using this waterproofing spray. Just apply a light spray to the whole bag and then let dry for seconds. The color may darken at first, but upon drying, it will go back to normal. You can reapply this spray ever 6 months as needed. See our full Product Care Guide here for more information.

How can I start a return, exchange or warranty claim?

Starting a return or exchange

Changed your mind? Need a different color or size? No problem. At Lyons Leather Co., we offer free returns and exchanges on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery—so long as they’re in unused and unworn condition, with packaging intact.

This policy applies only to items purchased directly from lyonsleatherco.com. If you bought your item from a different retailer, please contact them directly to process your return according to their policies.

To begin a return or exchange, simply visit our return portal and follow the step-by-step instructions. After submitting your request, use the provided return label to ship your item back to us.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy. If approved, we’ll either process your refund back to your original form of payment or ship your requested exchange—whichever applies.

Please allow up to 3 business days from the date your return is received for us to complete the inspection and processing. Additional time may be required for shipping exchanged items. Processing times may vary depending on volume and season.

Lyons Leather Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items during transit.

Starting a warranty claim

If you believe your product is defective, please submit your claim on our website and send us the Product(s) via the provided shipping label. If we determine, after inspection, that the product has a defect, we may choose to either replace it or issue store credit, based on the specific issue.

We cannot guarantee a replacement of the exact SKU you originally received due to limited inventory.
