We stand behind the integrity of our work, which is why we offer a warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship from the original date of purchase.  This warranty reflects our trust in the durability and design of our products. However, because we cannot guarantee the authenticity or condition of items purchased outside our official store, this warranty applies only to items bought directly from lyonsleatherco.com, and not to purchases made through unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces—unless required otherwise by law.

Lyons Leather Co. retains the discretion to reject warranty claims for goods obtained from non-approved retailers.

Our warranty covers the following issues:

• Broken zippers

• Broken snaps

• Loose stitching

What Counts as a Defect: A manufacturing defect is a flaw in materials or craftsmanship that is present at the time of purchase or that emerges from how the item was made. Stitching, hardware, or seams that loosen or wear over time from extended, everyday use are expected characteristics of real leather goods, not a defect, regardless of when they are reported. Lyons Leather Co. determines, upon inspection, whether an issue reflects a manufacturing defect or normal wear from use.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, alterations, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. This includes stitching, hardware, or seams that loosen or wear from extended, everyday use, as described above.

The following issues are not covered by our warranty:

• Worn, scratched or stained leather

• Natural wear and tear

• Stitching, hardware, or seams that loosen or wear from extended, everyday use over time, as determined by Lyons Leather Co. upon inspection

TO FILE A CLAIM

If you believe your product is defective, please submit the following info to hello@lyonsleatherco.com. 

1) Two photos: 1 of the defective issues, 1 of the entire product
2) A detailed description of the defective issue
3) Your order number
4) Whether this product is used or in new condition (unused)

If we determine, after inspection, that the product has a defect, we may choose to either replace it or issue store credit, based on the specific issue. No additional warranties apply beyond what is outlined here.
