Are these pouches structured or unstructured?
Over the past 2 years, we've worked hard to perfect the balance between soft buttery leather with a little bit of structure for longevity and support. As of Spring 2024, our pouches are all unstructured, giving them that buttery soft, boho chic, forms to your body kind of feel. However, they still stand up on their own when full.
Will the chapstick holster fit my lipstick?
Yes! The chapstick holster has been redesigned to fit all size, shape & length lip sticks, lip glosses, chapsticks, etc. The dimensions are: 1.25"x 3.5."
What fits in The Original Bee?
The Original Bee is our smallest convertible pouch measuring 10.5" x 5.75" x 2.75." It is big enough to fit your small phone (regular iPhone & Mini), Travel or Daily Wallet, glasses (one pair), chapstick, hand cream/sanitizer, other small essentials.
What size straps should I get?
We recommend keeping it simple and choosing your strap length based on what size tops you wear. For example, if you wear a S, M, or L top, choose the original strap size. If you wear anything over a L, choose the extended strap option.
If you're not sure, you can also use a tape measure to:
- Measure from the top of your shoulder to the opposite waist where you want the body of the bag to sit as a crossbody.
- Then measure around your waist where you'd want to wear it as a waist pack.
- Then reference the strap lengths on the product page to find the best option.

Can I wear this bag crossbody on either shoulder?
Yes! We've designed our bags to be completely reversible. With the shiny, flat side of the snap strap facing forwards, you can wear your crossbody over your left shoulder and the phone pocket will be in the back.
If you wear your crossbody over your right shoulder, the phone pocket will be in the front. You can choose whichever way you'd like to wear it and the zipper will still be easily accessible. We put our super cute logo on both sides of the bag, so you can wear it any way that is comfy!
What do you recommend for product care?
Your Lyons Leather Co. products are made with 100% full-grain leather. This means that the lighter colors will get a beautiful patina over time and every scratch or stain will blend together. We always recommend you purchase our waterproofing service when you order. Before we ship your products, we will use a professional grade spray to minimize staining and protect your leather goods.
Consider the imperfections to be memories. Please note, premium leather often comes with natural markings, including light scarring or color variations based on the tanning process. These are not defects, but natural markings that make your product even more unique.If you're looking to protect your leather goods, here are some leather care basics.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love your Lyons Leather Co. goods. If the product doesn't work for you or you need a different color, you can exchange or return your order within 30 days of receiving it. We charge an $8.60 shipping & restocking fee for returns, while exchanges are free.
In order to begin your return or exchange, please note the following:
- Your items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or marks on the product), and in their original canvas bag packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.
