Are your bags structured or unstructured?
Our pouches are all semi-structured, giving them that buttery soft, forms to your body kind of feel, while also standing up on their own. We use a mix of pebbled leather, suede, and veg-tanned mid weight leather that is all supported appropriately to last forever and break in beautifully.
Will the chapstick holster fit my lipstick?
Yes! The chapstick holster has been redesigned to fit all size, shape & length lip sticks, lip glosses, chapsticks, etc. The dimensions are: 1.25"x 3.5."

Can I wear this bag crossbody on either shoulder?
Yes! We've designed our bags to be completely reversible. With the shiny, flat side of the snap strap facing forwards, you can wear your crossbody over your left shoulder and the phone pocket will be in the back.
If you wear your crossbody over your right shoulder, the phone pocket will be in the front. You can choose whichever way you'd like to wear it and the zipper will still be easily accessible. We put our super cute logo on both sides of the bag, so you can wear it any way that is comfy!
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love your Lyons Leather Co. pieces.
If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days—as long as it’s unused with original packaging.

Love the color and of course the styling is perfect
This is such a beautiful bag. I love it so much. The pockets inside are so great for organizing and the size is just perfect. I would highly recommend it.
I absolutely love my Turquoise Queen Bee. Becoming more of a minimalist at age 73 has its challenges but good part of streamling all aspects of my life.
My first bag was the Seashell Biggie that I use for special occasions mostly. While I love the color of this new bag and it compliments nicely my favorite wardrobe items, I truly adore the pebble grain finish of the leather. I'm thinking a Suede Bag will be my next purchase?

I love the bag itself, but the color is a little too dark and too much on the red side for me. I am returning it for the seashell or fawn. Havent decided.
Exactly the right size. I can get my phone and my sunglasses in if I scrap the sunglass case which is easy to do because they often come with microfiber bags. Nicely adjustable strap. Just perfect.
I wish you would make a woven model of the Queen Bee for a more dressy look. But this is fine. Just a suggestion.
I did my research online comparing similar styles from Latico Leathers, Hobo and a few others that escape memory at the moment. I went with Lyon Leather Co brand because I love the interior detail with cute liner and numerous compartments to keep things organized. The main reason I like it though is the sturdy structure of it as opposed to the soft, pliable ones from other brands. I think the structure of it makes it easier to open while over your shoulder. Thanks for your attention to detail. The Seashell color is lovely and goes with everything!! I've been bragging about my new bag and sharing with friends while on my first trial-run vacation with it. My Queen Bee exceeded all expectations!!
I love everythjng about this purse. I typically like larger purses but this purse is perfect. It has so many pockets, its very well designed. The leather is high quality . It is my new every day purse.
I love the warmer tone of the Turquesa compared to the original Turquoise leather. I loved both tones, but I wear warmer tones more often. I really like the chunky pebble texture too.

I love my new Queen Bee in this color Turquesa, its soft and cushy and I love the interior fabric. I have this bag in Citric which I'm so glad I picked that color too. I will be getting another one, just haven't decided what color yet.
This is my 3rd bag since ordering the basic black last winter! The pebbled leather is my favorite (the seashell is smooth and I’ve learned I really prefer the pebbled black and turquoise). I wasn't planning a 3rd purchase so soon after ordering seashell, but it is one of my most loved colors so I had to see it in person! It is definitely the highest quality leather, exceeds quality over both my black and seashell. I love the subtle shading difference in it, it is also a bit thicker and richer. I get great compliments and feel like I am wearing additional jewlery.

The best bag on the market. It may not cost thousands of dollars but the quality, style, range of colors and customer service is outstanding. This gorgeous lady is an espresso queen bee. She has a beautiful light brown with warm orange shaded floral lining. This beauty has multiple pockets and I carry everything I need with ease. The adjustable strap is awesome. While handling kids or groceries you can carry with ease. Even loaded my bag is not heavy. You can also remove straps and carry as a clutch if needed. Trust me you should have at least one of these beauties in your collection!
I have both a Biggie and a Queen Bee (both in Cherry, my favourite colour) and I love them both! I thought I would get both sizes and just keep one but ended up keeping both. The Biggie is better if you want to wear it as a chest sling, but the Queen can fit more things without feeling like I have to play Tetris with my items. Quality of the leather is nice too, colour is gorgeous and the look and shape of are great too.
