Are your bags structured or unstructured?

We've worked hard to perfect the balance between soft buttery leather with a little bit of structure for longevity and support. Our pouches are all semi-structured, giving them that buttery soft, forms to your body kind of feel, while also standing up on their own. We use a mix of pebbled leather, suede, and veg-tanned mid weight leather that is all supported appropriately to last forever and break in beautifully.

Will the chapstick holster fit my lipstick?

Yes! The chapstick holster has been redesigned to fit all size, shape & length lip sticks, lip glosses, chapsticks, etc. The dimensions are: 1.25"x 3.5"

What fits in The Bee?

The Bee is our smallest pouch, designed for days when you only need the essentials—think coffee runs, farmer’s markets, and evenings out. Fits smaller phones, Daily Wallet, keys, sunnies and small essentials.

What size straps should I get?

We offer two strap sizes to accommodate different body types and preferred wearing styles.

Original Straps

Can I wear this bag crossbody on either shoulder?

Yes! We've designed our bags to be completely reversible. With the shiny, flat side of the snap strap facing forwards, you can wear your crossbody over your left shoulder and the phone pocket will be in the back.

If you wear your crossbody over your right shoulder, the phone pocket will be in the front. You can choose whichever way you'd like to wear it and the zipper will still be easily accessible. We put our super cute logo on both sides of the bag, so you can wear it any way that is comfy!

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to love your Lyons Leather Co. pieces.

If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days—as long as it’s unused with original packaging.
