Returns & Exchanges
If you've changed your mind, need a different color, or the product just doesn't work for you, we have a 30-day return and exchange policy from the time you receive your order. As long as your product hasn't been used, visit our returns center to begin your return or exchange.
Please note we charge an $8.60 shipping & restocking fee for all returns. Exchanges are free.

Waterproof before wearing
We recommend adding our waterproofing service to your order. While this may not completely protect them from torrential rainstorms or spilled drinks, it does help minimize discoloring or staining. We highly recommend using our waterproofing service for lighter colors (like Honey) which tend to stain more easily.

How to wear your Biggie Bee
Our patented Snap Straps make our pouches fully adjustable. Simply find your snap setting and snap all the way around. Wear with the shiny flat side of the snaps facing forwards.
How to pack your Biggie Bee
Use the front panel pocket for glasses (lose the case to save space), use the external pocket for your phone. Place small valuables in the small zipper pocket, your Daily Wallet in the small pocket with leather tag and everything else in the center compartment.

Are your bags structured or unstructured?
Over the past 2 years, we've worked hard to perfect the balance between soft buttery leather with a little bit of structure for longevity and support. Starting in Spring 2024, our pouches are all unstructured, giving them that buttery soft, boho chic, forms to your body kind of feel. Depending on the color, we use a mix of pebbled leather and vegetable-tanned mid weight leather that is all supported appropriately to last forever and break in beautifully.
Will the chapstick holster fit my lipstick?
Yes! The chapstick holster has been redesigned to fit all size, shape & length lip sticks, lip glosses, chapsticks, etc. The dimensions are: 1.25"x 3.5."
What fits in The Biggie Bee?
The Biggie Bee is our mid-sized convertible pouch measuring 12" x 6.5" x 3.15." It is big enough to fit your Travel Wallet or Daily Wallet,l arge phone (iPhone Plus & Pro Max), glasses (one pair), chapstick + lipstick, hand cream/sanitizer, snacks, and other medium-sized essentials keys.
What size straps should I get?
We recommend keeping it simple and choosing your strap length based on what size tops you wear. For example, if you wear a XS, S, M, or L top, choose the original strap size. If you wear anything over an XL or XXL, choose the extended strap option.
If you're not sure, you can also use a tape measure to:
- Measure from the top of your shoulder to the opposite waist where you want the body of the bag to sit as a crossbody.
- Then measure around your waist where you'd want to wear it as a waist pack.
- Then reference the strap lengths on the product page to find the best option.

Can I wear this crossbody on either shoulder?
Yes! We've designed our bags to be completely reversible. With the shiny, flat side of the snap strap facing forwards, you can wear your crossbody over your left shoulder and the phone pocket will be in the back.
If you wear your crossbody over your right shoulder, the phone pocket will be in the front. You can choose whichever way you'd like to wear it and the zipper will still be easily accessible. We put our super cute logo on both sides of the bag, so you can wear it any way that is comfy!
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love your Lyons Leather Co. goods. If the product doesn't work for you or you need a different color, you can exchange or return your order within 30 days of receiving it. We charge an $8.60 shipping & restocking fee for returns, while exchanges are free.
In order to begin your return or exchange, please note the following:
- Your items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or marks on the product), and in their original canvas bag packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.
