When will my order arrive?
For standard shipping via UPS or USPS, you can expect to receive your purchase 5-7 business days from when you place your order. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
If you've placed your order via UPS 2-Day Express Air, please note, your order will be fulfilled Monday-Saturday and you can expect your order to arrive within 2 business days.
For pre-orders, please make note of the shipping date indicated in the product description. You can expect to receive your order 5-7 business days from that date.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love your Lyons Leather Co. goods. If the product doesn't work for you or you need a different color, you can exchange or return your order. We charge an $8.60 shipping & restocking fee for returns, while exchanges are free.
In order to begin your return or exchange, please note the following:
- Your items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or marks on the product), and in their original canvas bag packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds that do not meet these criteria.

Do you have sales or promotions?
As a small business offering fair prices on our high-quality handcrafted products, we don't run many sales or promotions. We do not mass produce our products like many larger companies. Our exclusive annual sale occurs around the holidays and we run promotions occasionally depending on inventory supplies. For a discount on your first order, please see the email pop up on the website. You can also receive $15 off your next order when you leave a product review.
The item I want is sold out, will you be making more?
We carefully handcraft small batches of our classic color collections (Honey, Espresso, Black, Cognac). If we're sold out, use the "get notified" link on the product page and we will let you know when we're restocked. Please note, we are a small company, so it make take us longer to restock our collections. Our limited edition colors are released twice a year and once we're sold out, they're gone for good.
How are your products made?
We are based in Lyons, Colorado, where Lisa designs and hand sews the prototypes for all of our products in her grarage workshop. To fulfill orders and scale the business past her own two hands, we have recently partnered with a team of talented leather artisans in North America. We proudly handcraft small-batches of each product resulting in quality, classic, heirloom leather goods you'll wear and love forever.
Where is your leather sourced from?
All of our products are proudly made from premium vegetable tanned cow hide from a tannery ranked the "most sustainable" in North America. Vegetable tanning is a much more environmentally friendly practice than chemical treatment. Our tannery is known for their proprietary system that treats waste water and repurposes leather waste by turning it into collagen. They source hides using "whole animal" production which means they are recycled from businesses that use all parts of the animal. They also run their factory on solar power and have a strong corporate social responsibility program that supports the local community.
Can I choose my own lining?
We do not offer customized products at this time. However, we do introduce new limited edition colors in April & October in addition to the classic colors we'll always make (Honey, Black, Espresso & Cognac). We change our the linings of our products every two years as well. We're always open to feedback! If you have a color suggestion, please send to email@example.com
Does the Travel Wallet fit in The Original Bee?
Yes, The Travel Wallet does fit in the main compartment of The Original Bee, however, it was designed for The Biggie Bee allowing more space for other large items you might need to carry.
