Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Lyons Leather Co. goods. If the product doesn't work for you or you need a different color, you can exchange or return your order. We charge an $8.60 shipping & restocking fee for returns, while exchanges are free.
In order to begin your return or exchange, please note the following:
- Your items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or marks on the product), and in their original canvas bag packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds that do not meet these criteria.

Extended Holiday Return Window
We offer an extended holiday return window for purchases made between November 23, 2023 and December 31, 2023. Any purchases made during this time may be returned or exchanged for 60 days from the time of receiving the item.

Once we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days to it to be reflected on your original payment.
Our Lifetime Warranty
Even as a small business, we proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all of our pouches. We believe in the quality of our handcrafted leather goods and think you should only have to buy one bag--for life. That's why we're happy to guarantee our products by repairing or replacing any defective items at no additional cost.
Our lifetime warranty covers the following issues:
- Broken zippers
- Faulty snaps or other hardware
- Other manufacturing defects
The following issues are not covered by our warranty:
- Worn, scratched or stained leather
- Natural wear and tear
If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note this warranty coverage applies to our pouches only. In your email, please include a clear photo and description of the problem. Once our team reviews your request, we will evaluate how to best resolve the issue.
We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $75. We charge an $8.60 restocking and shipping fee for returns, while exchanges are free.
Orders with expedited shipping that are placed after 2pm ET will not ship the same day. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US holidays.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your goods arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed.

Lost or Damaged Goods
Once your order is fulfilled and delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible to replace lost or stolen goods. However, if there was an issue with delivery, we will do our best to make it right.
