How to Pack Your Pouch
Use travel-sized items and evaluate what you truly need to carry! Use the internal pocket system to minimize bulk and maximize space.
1. Chapstick or lipstick in holster
2. Ditch your glasses case and place in the panel pockets with snap
3. Small zipper pocket for change or valuables
4. Daily Wallet in the small pocket with leather tag OR Travel Wallet in the center compartment
5. Use our Keychain to hook your keys to the o-ring of your pouch. Use to split o-ring on your bag to attach.
6. Phone in the external pocket with magnet

How do I store my suede bag?
- Before your first wear, lightly apply a suede protector spray to help guard against moisture and stains.
- Store your bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- When not in use, gently stuff your bag with tissue paper to help it keep its shape.
- Place it inside its Lyons Leather Co. dust bag for added protection.
- Avoid storing in plastic, as it can trap moisture and harm the suede.
What are the best suede care tips?
- Always handle your suede bag with clean, dry hands to help prevent marks or stains.
- For light dust or surface dirt, use a soft suede brush or your hand to gently wipe it away.
- Regular brushing helps maintain that signature texture and keeps your suede looking fresh.
- Try to avoid carrying suede in wet or rainy weather—moisture can cause staining or color transfer, especially with darker suede colors.
- If your bag does get damp, blot gently with a clean cloth and let it air dry naturally. Never use heat or direct sunlight to speed up drying.
- Once dry, use a suede brush or soft toothbrush to revive the nap and restore its softness.
- It’s normal for suede to shed a few fibers over time—simply brush them away.
- Reapply suede protector every 2–3 months to keep the surface guarded and looking its best.
- For small spots, a suede eraser or clean cloth often works well—avoid using water or general cleaners.
- When in doubt, take your bag to a professional who specializes in leather and suede care.
- DO NOT condition or polish.
Full-Grain Product Care Tips
What is full-grain leather?
Our Cognac, Honey, Espresso, Black, and Seashell Collection are made with premium full-grain leather.
The vegetable-tanned colors (all but Black) will get a beautiful patina over time and every scratch or stain will blend together. Consider the imperfections to be memories.
Our chrome finished leathers (including the pebbled leather collections) will not change color, but the leather will soften and loosen even more over time.
Please note, premium leather often comes with natural markings, including light scarring or color variations based on the tanning process. These are not defects, but natural markings that make your product even more unique.If you're looking to protect your leather goods, here are some leather care basics.
How do I store my full-grain leather bag?
In the rare case that you're not using your Lyons Leather Co. goods every day, 365 days a year, store them in a dry, dark place.

Will the leather soften up over time?
Yes! Our premium, full-grain leather will loosen and soften over time, with use. Most of our leather will also develop a gorgeous patina over time, darkening and gaining so much personality. Our pebbled leather collection won't develop a patina, but does get even more buttery over time.
What are the best product care tips?
Waterproof before wearing
We recommend adding our waterproofing service to your order for all of our lighter, vegetable-tanned leathers. While this may not completely protect them from torrential rainstorms or spilled drinks, it does help minimize discoloring or staining. We highly recommend using our waterproofing service for lighter colors (like Honey Bee) which tend to stain more easily.
Condition with leather butter
If you're trying to blend stains or scratches on our vegetable-tanned leather, follow the instructions on this leather conditioner and cleaner. We love this brand because it's non-toxic. Simply wipe down all areas of your leather goods. Let the conditioner dry. Please note this may change the color of the leather, making it darker so the stains are less visible. It will also make the leather softer. Always test on a small area of your leather goods first.
Accept imperfections
The process of vegetable-tanning leather includes using natural dyes like that found in tree bark to change the color of the hide. This makes each hide slightly different in terms of grain and coloration. If you notice inconsistencies throughout your leather goods, know that it is natural character that makes it unique to you.
Loved leather goods reflect the lifestyle you're living. If you're using them all the time, there will inevitably be the times when you spill, scratch, or stain them. Know that the end result will be a beautifully worn look reminding you of all the adventures you've been on and the good times you've had.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Starting a return or exchange
We offer free returns and exchanges on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery—so long as they’re in unused and unworn condition.
To begin a return or exchange, simply visit our return portal and follow the step-by-step instructions. After submitting your request, use the provided return label to ship your item back to us.
Please allow up to 3 business days from the date your return is received for us to complete the inspection and processing. Additional time may be required for shipping exchanged items. Processing times may vary depending on volume and season.
Starting a warranty claim
If you believe your product is defective, please submit your claim on our website and send us the Product(s) via the provided shipping label. If we determine, after inspection, that the product has a defect, we may choose to either replace it or issue store credit, based on the specific issue.
We cannot guarantee a replacement of the exact SKU you originally received due to limited inventory.
