What is Re-Do?

Re-Do is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. It also enables you to get free returns and exchanges. By adding Re-Do to your cart during checkout, it 100% protects your parcel so if anything happens we will replace or refund you for your order.

What we consider "lost" packages

We may consider your package lost if...

The carrier status states your package was "delivered," but you have not received it, your package may be lost. Please allow up to 7 business days, but no longer than 15 days for U.S. domestic shipments to be delivered.

If your carrier status is not "delivered" and your tracking has not updated for 2 weeks from the fulfillment date. Please note, we reserve the right to classify this as a "delay" if there is a high volume of parcels in the network and we are aware of delays, otherwise we will offer a refund or replacement right away.

What we consider as "damaged goods"

If yourI items arrive damaged in transit, for example your product is wet, stained, torn etc. Or if some of your order is missing due to the parcel being opened in transit.

If either of these are the case, please immediately contact us at hello@lyonsleatherco.com. Please include a photo of your damaged package or goods.

What is not covered by Re-Do
  • Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to invalid / incorrect address information provided by you
  • Delays in transit 
  • Pre-orders that haven't been fulfilled yet.
  • Returns do not meet our refund or exchange criteria i.e. they are used.
  • If you requested items to be left outside your property and they go missing - this waives the right to any claim as per carrier terms and conditions.
  • If you are unsatisfied with their product, Re-Do is not a product replacement plan. Please request a return / exchange within our 30-day return period.
How to submit a claim

If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us at hello@lyonsleatherco.com from the email address you used to place your order. A member of our team will happily assist you within 1-2 business days.

What to include in your claim:

  • Subject line: CLAIM for order # (include your order number)
  • Description of your issue
  • Photo evidence of damage

We will continue to track your parcel and should it appear, we request it be sent back to us at our expense.

By adding Re-Do shipping protection, you agree to these terms. 

We ask that you do not get in touch with us regarding a missing parcel until the allotted time has passed for it to be deemed as lost.

This is our in-house protection policy. Re-Do shipping protection is non-refundable.

Our policy if you opt-out adding Re-Do insurance to your order

We will diligently follow the claims policy with your selected courier to either locate your parcel or deem it as lost. This may take up to 6-8 weeks and is at the discretion of the courier.

If your parcel has a GPS location or photographic evidence that it has been delivered to your property, is with a neighbor or at a secure location, we are not responsible for a refund or replacement.

If you opt out of Re-Do upon checkout, you will also be responsible for paying for your return shipping fee which varies by region.

Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

When will my order arrive?
Free Shipping (5-10 business days)

If your order qualifies for free shipping, you can expect to receive purchase 7-10 business days from fulfillment. Shipping to some areas like HI and AK may take longer. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled. We use UPS Ground for all free shipping.

Standard Shipping (3-4 business days)

If you've chosen Standard Shipping your order will be fulfilled Monday-Saturday and you can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail for Standard Shipping. Track your order here.

Rush Shipping (1-2 business days)

If you've chosen Rush Shipping your order will be fulfilled Monday-Saturday and you can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail Express for Rush Shipping. Track your order here.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-orders will ship as soon as the item is in stock. Please see the shipping timeline indicated on the product page.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to love your Lyons Leather Co. goods. If the product doesn't work for you or you need a different color, you can exchange or return your order. If you opt-into Re-Do at checkout, any returns and exchanges will be free to you.

If you opt-out of Re-Do upon checkout, you will be responsible for return shipping fees which vary by region.

In order to begin your return or exchange, please note the following:

  1. Your items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or marks on the product), and in their original canvas bag packaging.
  2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds that do not meet these criteria.
