Warranty Policy
Lyons Leather Co. is committed to crafting high-quality leather goods with care and intention. We stand behind the integrity of our work, which is why we offer a warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship from the original date of purchase.
This warranty reflects our trust in the durability and design of our products. However, because we cannot guarantee the authenticity or condition of items purchased outside our official store, this warranty applies only to items bought directly from lyonsleatherco.com, and not to purchases made through unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces—unless required otherwise by law.
Lyons Leather Co. retains the discretion to reject warranty claims for goods obtained from non-approved retailers.
Our warranty covers the following issues:
- Broken zippers
- Broken snaps
- Loose stitching
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, alterations, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
The following issues are not covered by our warranty:
- Worn, scratched or stained leather
- Natural wear and tear
If you believe your product is defective, please submit your claim on our website and send us the Product(s) via the provided shipping label. If we determine, after inspection, that the product has a defect, we may choose to either repair it, replace it or issue store credit, based on the specific issue. No additional warranties apply beyond what is outlined here.
