Returns, Exchanges and Warranty

Return Policy

Changed your mind? Need a different color or size? No problem. At Lyons Leather Co., we offer free returns and exchanges on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery—so long as they’re in unused and unworn condition, with packaging intact.

This policy applies only to items purchased directly from lyonsleatherco.com. If you bought your item from a different retailer, please contact them directly to process your return according to their policies.

To begin your return or exchange, please note the following:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or marks on the product), and in their original canvas bag packaging.
  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds that do not meet these criteria.

All items tagged FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you opt-into the Re-Do Return & Insurance Coverage upon checkout, your return will be free. If you opt-out, you will be charged for the return shipping fee, which varies by region.

We have a 2 exchange per order limit. Exchanges are free.

Our Warranty

Lyons Leather Co. is committed to crafting high-quality leather goods with care and intention. We stand behind the integrity of our work, which is why we offer a warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship from the original date of purchase.

This warranty reflects our trust in the durability and design of our products. However, because we cannot guarantee the authenticity or condition of items purchased outside our official store, this warranty applies only to items bought directly from LyonsLeatherCo.com, and not to purchases made through unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces—unless required otherwise by law.

Lyons Leather Co. retains the discretion to reject warranty claims for goods obtained from non-approved retailers.

Our warranty covers the following issues:

  • Broken zippers
  • Broken snaps

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, alterations, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

The following issues are not covered by our warranty:

  • Worn, scratched or stained leather
  • Natural wear and tear

If you believe your product is defective, please submit your claim on our website and send us the Product(s) via the provided shipping label. If we determine, after inspection, that the product has a defect, we may choose to either replace it or issue store credit, based on the specific issue. No additional warranties apply beyond what is outlined here.

We cannot guarantee a replacement of the exact SKU you originally received due to limited inventory.

Tracking Your Order

For all in-stock products, we will fulfill your order Monday through Friday with the exception of major holidays.

Shipping

As a small business, we fulfill orders Monday-Friday.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, you can expect to receive purchase 5-7 business days from fulfillment. Shipping to some areas like HI and AK may take longer. We use UPS Ground for all free shipping.

If you've chosen Standard Shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-4 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail for Standard Shipping.

If you've chosen Rush Shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail Express for Rush Shipping.

Pre-orders will ship as soon as the item is in stock. Please see the shipping timeline indicated on the product page.

Re-Do Shipping and Returns Protection

In an effort to provide insurance for our customers, we offer Re-Do Shipping & Returns Protection. Opting into Re-Do means you will get free returns, exchanges, and complete protection for all Lyons Leather Co. shipments and orders. Simply add Re-Do to your cart at checkout to protect against lost or stolen packages and get free returns.

Processing Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days to it to be reflected on your original payment.



Order Changes and Cancellations

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your goods arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed.
