We suggest keeping it simple and choosing your strap based on what size shirt you wear. The measurements on the website, include the body of the bag. 

Here are the strap lengths without the bag:

• The Original Straps: 20.5" long (2)
• The Extended Straps: 26.5" long (2)

You can also use a tape measure to:

1. Measure from the top of your shoulder to the opposite waist where you want the body of the bag to sit as a crossbody.
2. Then measure around your waist where you'd want to wear it as a waist pack.
3. Then reference the product page and select the best option. Please note, the measurements provided include the body of the bag.
