This is the Original Design of our convertible pouch which comes with one size strap. The measurements listed include the bag. If you wear a XXS-M size top, this strap will be a good fit.

If you want to ensure it will fit, you can also use a tape measure to:

1. Measure from the top of your shoulder to the opposite waist where you want the body of the bag to sit as a crossbody.
2. Then measure around your waist where you'd want to wear it as a waist pack.
3. Then reference the strap lengths on the product page to find the best option.
